1. Controller and scope

This policy applies to the CloudyTour website, Antalya Airport transfer search and booking flow, contact forms and optional analytics features. CloudyTour is the data controller. Information submitted for a booking or enquiry is handled under this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to deliver a booking. Contact form and support information is used in the same limited way to answer your request.

• Full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number
• Pickup and drop-off points, date, time, flight number and hotel or destination address
• Passenger and luggage counts, child seat, meet-and-greet and special request choices
• Messages and contact details submitted through contact or special-route forms
• Masked IP address, IP summary and technical request data for security
• If you allow analytics: page path, referring page, session identifier and approximate country

3. How we use information

We use the information to show a fare for the selected route and suitable vehicle, create and operate bookings, plan the pickup and contact you when necessary.

• Process bookings, changes and cancellation requests
• Match a vehicle to passenger, luggage and route requirements
• Prevent fraud, spam and repeated abusive requests
• Meet legal, accounting and operational record-keeping duties
• Measure usage and improve the service when you have expressly opted in

4. Legal bases

For a booking, necessary information is processed to perform the contract or take steps at your request before a contract. Security measures and core operational records may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations. Optional analytics is activated only after consent, and your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage.

5. Cookies and optional analytics

CloudyTour uses essential browser storage for core functions. The cookie-preference component stores your choice on your device. If you select “Allow analytics”, limited technical data is sent for page-view measurement; “Essential only” keeps optional analytics disabled. You can clear local storage in your browser settings to reset the choice.

6. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data for advertising. Information is shared only as needed with authorised CloudyTour staff and infrastructure providers. Website hosting, security, database and file storage run on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not share information with other parties unless required by law.

7. Retention and security

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for bookings, enquiries, accounting and legal requirements. When that period ends, records are deleted, anonymised or securely made inaccessible. Access controls, rate limiting, security logging and IP masking help protect the information. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive your personal data. Send a request with enough information for us to verify your identity through our contact page. You can withdraw optional analytics consent at any time.

9. Children and policy changes

CloudyTour is not directed at children. If you believe that information about a child was sent to us by mistake, please contact us. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change; the latest date is shown on this page.
